Order Processing
All orders are dispatched from our atelier in Casablanca, Morocco within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. ALIKAÍ NEW YORK has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Packaging
Every ALIKAÍ piece is carefully wrapped and presented in our signature box, ready for gifting. We use discreet outer packaging with no pricing information visible on the exterior — ideal for sending directly as a gift.
