Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original ALIKAÍ packaging with all tags intact.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return or exchange:
- Ready-to-wear jewelry in original condition
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or engraved pieces
- Made-to-order items
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@alikainyc.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will reply within 24 business hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack your item securely in its original box and ship it back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a piece for a different size or style, please indicate this in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue a full store credit or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
